The Champagne Reviewer
Canard-DucheneCanard-Duchne were founded in 1868 when Victor Canard and Leonie Duchene were married. They produce both vintage and non-vintage cuvee as well as a blanc de noirs Champagne named after the Charles VII of France.

At this period, the method of using a sabre to open the bottle was also invented, and it still remains a symbol of the House.
