Drappier Drappier, founded in 1808 when Clairvaux Abbey's 12th Century cellars were purchased, produces both vintage and non-vintage cuvee as well as a prestige wine known as Grande Sendre.
The 40 hectare estate, mainly located on the chalky South-facing slopes outside Urville is planted with up to 9000 vines per hectare.
